Our Vision embraces a community that supports those who are aging and/or experiencing isolation. We envision a community that prevents exclusion, poverty, loss of autonomy, and psychological or emotional distress.
Our Mission is to initiate and facilitate programming that promotes awareness regarding healthy aging and reducing isolation of at-risk populations.
To share information related to healthy aging;
To assess needs and generate, receive and promote ideas for new programs to meet those needs;
And to compile current community resources that will assist our seniors to age in place.
To educate government, community agencies and the general population about the needs of seniors.
To develop and maintain resources and information on the needs of seniors that will allow them to live a healthy and independent lifestyle.
